I, the undersigned, acknowledge that:

• Running is an activity that requires a base level of fitness;
• I am in good health and have a sufficient level of fitness to participate in any run organised by Unfit Run Club in which I choose to participate;
• In respect of any run organised by Unfit Run Club I am solely responsible for running at a speed and in a manner which accords with my level of fitness;
• I am not suffering any symptoms of an illness that may be transmitted to any other member of Unfit Run Club and I will not participate in any run or attend any event organised by Unfit Run Club if I have any such symptoms;
• Running is an activity that often leads to injury and can, in extreme circumstances, result in death;
• Running on roads carries with it additional risks of injury and death;
• I am solely responsible for holding insurance in relation to any personal injury or death I may suffer while participating in a run organised by Unfit Run Club;
• I release the organisers of Unfit Run Club from any and all liability for personal injury or death arising out of my participation in any run or attendance at any event organised by Unfit Run Club, to the extent that such injury or death does not occur as a result of the negligence or fraud of the organisers;
• I expressly indemnify the organisers of Unfit Run Club from against any claim, loss or damages suffered by the organisers or any one of them arsing in any way out of my participation in any run or attendance at any event organised by Unfit Run Club; and
• The organisers of Unfit Run Club retain the right (at their absolute discretion) to require me to leave a run or event based on my behaviour, level of fitness or state of health.
• I consent to Unfit Run Club using my personal information below for marketing and newsletters. Unfit Run Club will never give out your personal information to other organisations without your express consent.
